In addition to the ODC’s virtual spin class, SoulCycle Ardmore and the MDBR have partnered up to host a 45-minute in-person spin class at SoulCycle's indoor location in Ardmore, PA. In lieu of our traditional event on UPenn's campus, MDBR rare disease team representatives and MDBR sponsors will spin alongside each other in honor of the rare disease community. Although things still look a bit different this year, with new pandemic-related restrictions lifted, we are now able to (safely) gather for a "bite-sized" MDBR

Parking: Free parking is available at the brick and mortar ADMR studio or in the parking garage!
Face Masks: Riders absolutely must wear masks or face coverings while in common areas both indoors and outdoors. You may take your mask off once you’re clipped in and the first song of class starts, but please put it back on once the stretch starts. Please bring your own, as we will not be supplying these.
Health Declarations: Before every class, you’ll be required to acknowledge and accept the health and safety parameters we’ve put in place. You’ll be able to do this in your app while checking in.
The Studio Experience: Rider & staff temperature checks are mandatory, bikes are only booked at a safe distance, and social distancing will be in effect in all common areas. We’re removing high-touch items from our front desk and bathrooms.

How do I register with GalaBid to participate in the auction?
To register with GalaBid via SMS Text: mdbr2021 followed by your full name To: +15415834642 Example: mdbr2021 John Smith Follow the registration link you are sent from GalaBid to log in and place bids.
To register with GalaBid via browser Visit: galabid.com/mdbr2021 Click on the 'Register' button Enter your details and click 'Register' You will then receive a text to your mobile phone with a verification link. Either enter the verification code into your device, or simply click the link in the SMS to login. You are now ready to bid.
How do I place a bid? Click into the item that you would like to bid on, then enter your bid where the box has ‘enter bid amount’. To submit the bid, click ‘bid now’. It must be equal to or above the ‘next minimum bid’ which is displayed under the item name. If your bid is successful you will see a ‘winning’ label next to the item name. If you are not registered with GalaBid for the auction you will be prompted to enter your details and register before placing your bid.
How do I know if I’ve been outbid on an item? If you are outbid, you will receive an sms notification with a link back to the item. You can click this link to take you directly to the item where you have the option to place a higher bid. The item you have been outbid on will have an ‘outbid’ label next to the item name. You can also check by going to the ‘my account’ tab and clicking on ‘activity’.
How do I know if I’ve won an item? If you win an item, you will be notified via sms when the auction closes. The sms will contain a link that you can click to view your invoice and make payment for the item/s.
